What a day June 1st was. We left the house at 6:30. The traffic wasn't too bad, it was Friday. We first went to the eye appointment, she freaked out when the Doctor first was checking out her eyes, then he put drops in them and told us to come back in 25 minutes. By the time we got back Fiona had fell asleep, he did the test while she was sleeping THANK GOD!!!! Her eyes are perfect and there is no pressure on them. We headed down to the plastic surgeon appointment, it was taking forever and we had another appointment at 11:30, which we thought was a CT scan, it ended up them just taking pictures of her head. So after that we went back to the plastic surgeon (p/s) and while we were waiting we met this lady named Jolene, her son has metopic and he's having surgery in early August. I'm so happy we met her, we exchanged numbers and were going to stay in touch. We finally met Dr. Phillips, I couldn't be happier, he put our mind as ease, he's great, he was telling us that Sick Kids trains Doctors from all over the world to do cranio surgeries. He was surprised the the neurosurgeon didn't request a scan, so we have to go back for that and for blood work, we have to see if we match so I can donate for the surgery. So more waiting.
